2: Usage in every session will be measured and recorded in Bytes.
3: Above Plans are on Pre-Pay basis.
4: Linkwave has defined across all Plans. Hence, this policy gives all customers the opportunity to experience the network in the same way.
5: First recharge amount equivalent to the opted plan rental would be collected at the time of Customer Relationship Form (CRF) signing
1: Linkwave provides the ONU/ CPE (Customer Premise Equipment) Free of Cost to the customer. The ONU/ CPE will be Linkwave’s property and will be collected back at the time of service discontinuation.
2: One-time Installation charge will be applicable and will be collected at the time of service installation.
3: In case the customer opts for LDP, free Wi-Fi router will be provided by Linkwave on plans of and above Rs.1000. In case the customer opts for monthly plans, charges of Rs.1000 for Wi-Fi router will be applicable.
4: The Tariff Plans/ Offers are subject to Guidelines/ Directions/ Orders issued by TRAI and/ or DoT.
5: Price shown above is exclusive of 18% GST (Goods & Services Tax)
6: Linkwave reserves the right to modify/ withdraw the Tariff Plans without prior notice.
7: Duly filled-in and signed Tariff Selection sheet by the Customer is an integral part of the CRF (Customer Relationship Form)
8: Download/ Upload speed indicated is speed up to our ISP node. Broadband speed available to the Customer is maximum prescribed speed for which the Customer is entitled and Linkwave does not give any assurance that the said speed shall be maintained at all times and the same may vary depending upon the network congestion, technical reason or any other unavoidable circumstances.
1: All plans are only for residential usage and cannot be used for any commercial purposes.
2: Linkwave reserves the rights to disconnect or bar any user, if plan is used for any commercial purposes.
3: Data usage above 150 GB shall be considered for commercial purposes.
